Joel Larson
Principal | Real Estate Development & Senior Housing Specialist
With over 40 years of experience in the real estate industry, Joel is a seasoned professional with extensive expertise in the management, development, and construction of high-quality housing across multiple states, including Minnesota, Wisconsin, Iowa, Michigan, and Illinois. Throughout his career, Joel has played a pivotal role in creating thriving residential communities and developing residential projects that meet the diverse needs of local populations.

For the past 25 years, Joel has focused on the development of senior housing, specializing in the creation of both for-sale and rental units tailored to meet the growing demand for senior living options. His work has led to the successful development of hundreds of senior housing units, enhancing the quality of life for seniors and offering them comfortable, well-designed living environments.
Currently, Joel serves as a partner at Suite Living Senior Care in Minnesota, where he has contributed to the growth and success of 18 facility located in the twin city area. The operational model at Suite Living has become the foundation for future senior housing projects, reflecting Joel's commitment to delivering high-quality, resident-focused care and housing. His extensive background in real estate development, combined with a strong focus on the senior housing market, positions Joel as a leader in creating sustainable and meaningful living solutions for older adults.

Jeremy Larson
Partner – Coventry Holdings of Minnesota
Vice President + Part Owner of Hampton Companies, LLC
Jeremy was born in Saint Paul, Minnesota and raised in Stillwater, Minnesota. He received his bachelors degree in Business Management from Capella University as well as his associate degree in Golf Complex Operations and management from the Golf Academy of America in San Diego, California. Jeremy also has his residential Real Estate License in Minnesota.
Jeremy currently resides in Grant, Minnesota with his wife of 13 years and four children (ages 10, 5, and twins that are 3). Jeremy is also the head Hockey coach for his sons hockey team. He and his family are also active at their home church in Lake Elmo, Minnesota.
In 2013 Jeremy left the golf industry to join his father (Joel Larson) at Hampton Companies, LLC. Together they run Hampton Construction, Hampton Exteriors, and Hampton Real Estate Group. Together they have completed thousands of roofing and siding jobs, multiple housing developments, and they have sold millions of dollars worth of real estate.
Currently, Jeremy is part owner of Suite Living Senior Care. He specializes in land acquisition and runs each new project through the city entitlement process.
Jeremy is also active in the Housing First of Minnesota Foundation. He is Vice President this year (2024) and will become President in 2025. He is also on the project and golf committee through the foundation. The Housing First of Minnesota Foundation is dedicated to helping end homelessness in Minnesota.

Dan Brown
Project Lead + Project Builder
Dan Brown is a second-generation builder and developer, with a deep-rooted understanding of the construction industry. In his role as Project Lead and Project Builder at Hampton Companies, LLC he expertly manages all phases of building and development, from project entitlement and budgeting to land development, design, and construction for both commercial and residential projects. Leveraging his legacy and knowledge, Dan ensures each project meets high standards of quality, efficiency, and regulatory compliance.
With extensive experience navigating complex projects, managing budgets, and coordinating teams, Dan is dedicated to optimizing outcomes through strategic planning and resource management. His commitment to excellence and keen eye for detail drive him to deliver innovative, high-value projects.
Todd Francis
Commerical Construction Division Lead
Todd Francis began his construction career as an apprentice carpenter, where he developed a strong foundation in the trade and a passion for building. After gaining experience in carpentry, he joined a commercial concrete company, where he quickly advanced to the role of field foreman. Todd's leadership and dedication eventually led him to a project management position with a general contractor, overseeing complex builds and managing large-scale construction teams.
With years of hands-on and management experience, Todd decided to start his own commercial contracting company, specializing in condominium construction. He built a reputation for delivering high-quality projects and running a successful business. After years at the helm of his own company, Todd joined Hampton Companies as the Vice President of Construction, where he now leads the commercial construction projects with his extensive industry expertise and a commitment to excellence.
